I was born between the Squaw and the Skunk in the year of Goldwater and lived for a time on the shores of Okoboji. Later I moved with my family to the live at the foot of the Horsetooth near the banks of the Poudre. I first went to college on the Potomac near the Exorcist Steps. Later I decided to go the banks of the Willamette in Ecotopia to study the quadrivium and the trivium and majored in Holman orbits, iceland spar, and bremstrallung. I then went to the edge of the Hill Country to live among the Slackers where I met Bevo and got my doctorate in the manifestly covariant N-body problem, about which I wrote a very obscure book. I now live on the edge of New Dorp near Great Kills where I occasionally lecture on retrograde motion and Hubbert's peak and get paid for writing about such mundane things struts.
