[edit]I am slowly updating this article since I noticed it lacked considerable content. Characters will be first, then terms, plot synopsis, and finally these same categories for the other two shows (Encore and Kurumi 2). I'd like for it to be as detailed and thorough as the Neon Genesis Evangelion wiki.
love polygons
[edit]Maybe this would be better expressed as an algorithm. 66.92.170.227 06:19, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
Well, not to damper out your fun, but is the whole love polygon thing even suited for a site that's intended to have an encyclopedic feel to it? >>;; Bakazuki 06:02, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Added pics in the character section
[edit]Well, I added them. The thing is, I don´t know the lisencie of the pics of the three Steel Angels (as I am a n00b here), and if I don´t put it in 7 days they will be deleted. Can someone help me, please? --BlazeBlaster 16:00, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Other Steel Angels
[edit]I probably missed something, but I don't see anything about some other steel angels, e.g. "Steel Angel Kaori - Created by Mr. Kageyoshi Kirimoto from Saitama prefecture" (indicated by subtitle), as seen in the first series, episode 7. I haven't seen the entire series yet, so I don't know if they only make one apperance each. What's up with these different steel angels? Animeresearcher (talk) 07:56, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
- Question withdrawn. Maybe a note should be appended to the character list about the other various steel angels in general. Animeresearcher (talk) 08:14, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Steel Angel Kurumi Zero
[edit]I need more info on Steel Angel Kurumi Zero. I'm confused out of my wits on how this fits into the story. It looks like it takes place in the future, since I saw the same futuristic buildings that was shown during the first season's flashbacks. There is this wierd angel heart thing that shows up, which I guess would explain something about what Angel hearts are, but in the end got me more confused. Kurumi falls in love with another Kagura... but what relation does he have with the others? WHAT THE HECK IS A HOLDER? All I got from those 3 episodes of what a Holder is... is either he/she is a person who is extremely suicidal (cut marks on Excelia's wrist)from depression or something or very sick somehow and needs this magical thing called an angel (or love) to heal them. There are so many questions left unanswered here :(.--24.6.197.65 (talk) 14:22, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- Uh, yeah. None of it makes sense, it might be explained in future episodes, but it seems that that is not happening anytime soon. Meanwhile a plot overview on the article page would be nice. Max Corbetti (talk) 17:40, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- Usually I do not give unprofessional input anywhere in Wikipedia, but here is the exception: Wow, I thought it was just me. I just finished watching it and I am completely confused. Everything that you said there is exactly my situation. And "A HOLDER"?! I'm sorry, but WTF. Also, the ending/closure text isn't translated with the video I have and I don't know what it's saying. Maybe it explains some of this and connects the story somehow. Anyone know what it says? Anyone have any insight into this confusion? Animeresearcher (talk) 08:06, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Steel Angel Kurumi Zero is an OVA and there are only 3 episodes according to Wikipedia, Crunchyroll, etc. That's as much explanaation as they're going to give you. DrakNova6 (talk) 5:50, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
Article split
[edit]The article is getting really long. Steel Angel 2 should probably get its own page. Max Corbetti (talk) 17:46, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Because of recent events at A.D. Vision related to the sale of assets this article will need to be updated. 97.115.129.240 (talk) 20:44, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
Merge discussion
[edit]I favor deletion of Steel Angel Kurumi 2 followed by recreating the redirect and givng the redirect full-protection. -- allen四names 19:28, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
- Close as keep for now as there are at least three reviews (ANN, Mania, and THEM Anime) and this proposed merge has been up for more than two years. – Allen4names 05:37, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

Merge discussion (November 2012)
[edit]TheFarix (talk · contribs) has added the merge tempaltes to Steel Angel Kurumi and Steel Angel Kurumi 2. Unless a rationale is provided soon (29 Nov 2012) I will close this as a speedy keep. This should not be construed as an objection to a bold merge. – Allen4names (IPv6 contributions) 17:09, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
- I think the reason is rather obvious. One, we don't have separate articles for squeal series. Two, there isn't enough content to justify two separate articles. And why state that the merge proposal be "speedy keep" after a couple of days? There is no time limit for merge proposals. —Farix (t | c) 19:05, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
- Obvious or not you did not start a discussion when you added the merge templates nor did you boldly merge the articles. I don't think it is going to help to have the boilerplate on the articles for another two or more years so go ahead and merge. – Allen4names (IPv6 contributions) 03:42, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
- Merge noted. I am still reviewing my watchlist. – Allen4names (IPv6 contributions) 03:48, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
