Could there be another name for "The Long War was fought between the Habsburgs and the Ottoman Empire from 1590 to 1606."? I cannot believe we do not have more information than this single sentence about it.

This article is simply the recapitulation of a single scholar's thesis. Moreover, it doesn't look like that thesis has caught on. There is good reason to delete the article altogether, although a possibility would be to merge this article, the Second Thirty Years War article, and the European Civil War article into some single article.
