- Romania abolished conscription in 2003, being a forerunner in the region in these types of democratic reforms.
That is incorrect. In 2003, Romania adopted a new constitution that allows the parliament to take this decision. As of 2004, conscription is not yet abolished. Bogdan | Talk 18:26, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- The Romanian army includes land forces, airforces and naval forces. This page needs special attention. Here is a public statement of the MOD about the restructuring which will take place until 2015 [1]. Constantzeanu 17:29, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
