Contradiction
[edit]The article currently states that metamfepramone "was never widely marketed", but PMID 19661559 says it is "is widely used for the treatment of the common cold or hypotonic conditions". Can this apparent contradiction be resolved? -- Ed (Edgar181) 01:52, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
- Hello Edgar, more 30 years ago, Temmler had two products containing metamfepramone, "Cardanat" and "Tempil". Both were sold otc until the early 1980ies, later only with presription (guess why...). --FK1954 (talk) 19:48, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
