09 refers to the station's physical RF channel after February 17, 2009.
I don't think this is correct any more, but not sure what is correct. Does the new real channel come into effect when the station goes digital-only, or after the June 12 2009 date? Are there cases that a station might have to wait until another also goes digital-only? 71.121.15.186 (talk) 21:57, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
