I'm merely querying if this should be deleted; not sure if this concept has any popular acceptance or significance. Regardless, the article needs cleanup. Ground 01:05, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Non-notable. Gamaliel 01:10, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. However, it needs some major clean-up. Tag it for cleanup rather then deletion. Coolgamer 01:12, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: Not a significant movement, and there are thousands of small scale, self-named "movements" in art. This one hasn't caught on. Geogre 01:42, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Comment I'm a little undecided. Geogre's right about subfactions of art "movements" -- there seems to be a minor panic in the art world if someone doesn't come up with a new movement every year or so. This particular one was "invented" by a Julia McWald -- seems like it might be more appropriate to include information about the movement in a bio page about her, but unfortunately one doesn't exist. - Imaginably a worthwhile article on this is possible. This isn't it. Delete unless someone turns this from a manifesto into an article that demonstrates notability. -- Jmabel | Talk 09:44, Dec 11, 2004 (UTC)
- FWIW, there doesn't seem to be a solid reference on Actualism art style

- May be copyvio, see [1]. OTOH, There does appear to be evidence of an Actualist art style that doesn't mention David Brown (see [2]). - [[User:KeithTyler|Keith D. Tyler [flame]]] 18:46, Dec 16, 2004 (UTC)
