[edit]Why no mention of phones? This article reads as though public/building security usage is the only usage for iris scanning. But some modern phones (for example the Galaxy S8 I am writing this on) come with iris scanners for use in device security. Some discussion of the features and problems with the technology in that context would be good (for example privacy concerns are presumably irrelevant in that usage, but false positives may be quite important). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.17.148.109 (talk) 07:29, 12 July 2019 (UTC)

[edit]how about ready player one? I seem to recall that it had some sort of eyeball scanning, and it isn't featured here. SubstantialCitrusFruit (talk) 05:27, 23 July 2020 (UTC)
