Hello and welcome to wikipedia. To view an entire page, like at Battle of Fort Blakely, you click on edit this page at the top. So, at the Battle of Fort Blakely, when you edit the page, it starts with this long thing called a Battlebox. You can leave that out for now but you should try to figure out how it works for future articles.
The first thing you should do is go to this site and look for your battle. The Battle of Spanish Fort is listed as being part of the Mobile Campaign of the Main Western Theater. So, click on the red link for "Battle of Spanish Fort", and you'll be taken to a blank page to creat the new article. Write whatever you want, as long as it's not copyrighted, and then click Save page. After you create the page, send me a message and I'll get the page organized and added to the collection of other civil war battle pages.
If you create any battle pages, you should add them to this list: Wikipedia:New articles (Battles). Click on "edit this page", and below the line that says "==February 2005==" add this whole line:
* [[Battle of Spanish Fort]] ~~~~

Make sure when you create an article that you add it to at least one category. For civil war battles, there is a hierarchy, but if you aren't sure where to add the battle, just put it in Category:Battles of the American Civil War by adding this text at the bottom:
[[Category:Battles of the American Civil War]]
