[edit]The fact that Yonamine is born in Hawaii, which is part of USA, and that he is a Nisei Japanese American from the Japanese Wikipedia [1] should not be ommitted. Wikipedia is a place where all users should conribute openly.

[edit]Regarding the statement:
"Wally Kaname Yonamine was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 1994 for his achievements during his 12-year career with the Giants and Dragons. He is the only American yet admitted into the Hall as a player."
I think that honor goes to SEE [Tadashi Henry Wakabayashi]. Em-jay-es 06:24, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
