Relationship to Jon Snow?
[edit]This article says that Peter Snow is the elder brother of Jon Snow. The Jon Snow article says that they are uncle and nephew. Neither seems likely, as (according to his autobiography, serialised in the Grauniad[1]) Jon's parents didn't meet until 1940, two years after Peter was born; but Jon's father was 40 by then, making Jon's father and Peter of very different generations. It seems more likely that, as stated by Media Guardian, they are cousins. Any objections to me changing the articles accordingly? --rbrwr± 20:41, 5 Oct 2004 (UTC)
I see that Peter Snow was born in Dublin, and I wondered what his Irish links were? Millbanks (talk) 14:21, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I seem to remember he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant for his National Service (he said in an interview he didn't like taking orders but rather enjoyed giving them) - might be interesting to include in view of his obvious military interests. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 171.192.0.10 (talk) 14:49, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
The Snowman
[edit]The line
"In May 2007, a musical of Snow's turbulent career entitled "The Snowman" was premiered at the Ifield Barn Theatre in Crawley, West Sussex"
is in error. I am the technical manager for the Ifield Barn Theatre and have been a member of this theatre for over 34 years. Much as we would have enjoyed being the venue for this production, it did not take place in our theatre.
Regards,
Brian Hawkins.

- This is an encyclopedia article about Peter Snow, not a reliable place to communicate with him. He may never read this article. You would have better luck asking the BBC or through social media. You might start your campaign there or join an existing one. And please sign any further posts here with four tildes (4x~). Britmax (talk) 11:05, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
What is the source for caling him a British radio and television presenter?
[edit]Why does the opening refer to Peter Snow as British when you then say he was born in Dublin, Ireland to an Irish mother? 2A02:8084:255E:FC00:DC15:5664:9D91:F4AC (talk) 21:56, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
