Fair use rationale for Image:Three Dog Night - Hard Labor bandage.jpg
[edit]Image:Three Dog Night - Hard Labor bandage.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The result of the move request was: No consensus to move. Ten points to BD2412 for making the dab page, which certainly should exist. (non-admin closure) Red Slash 17:11, 23 August 2019 (UTC)
Hard Labor → Hard Labor (album) – A disambiguation page is required and I don't see any evidence that the album is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the title. 142.161.83.66 (talk) 05:15, 4 August 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. Steel1943 (talk) 21:33, 14 August 2019 (UTC)

- @142.161.83.66 and JJMC89: To me here in Britian, "hard labour" is a sort of prison sentence. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 05:28, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

- Oppose per WP:SMALLDETAILS. The lowercase versions (hard labor and hard labour) already redirect to penal labour. Of the uppercase versions, this article gets around 95 percent of pageviews and has more long-term significance as well. The hatnote is not horrible as is, but feel free to create a dab page and reduce the hatnote mentions by one. Keep this as the basename, however. Dohn joe (talk) 02:44, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

- Weak support move but oppose redirecting "Hard Labor" to "Penal labor" per WP:DIFFCAPS and the likes of Red Meat. Crouch, Swale (talk) 16:51, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
- Note: I have created Hard labor (disambiguation), and discovered a few additional uses under the "Labour" spelling. bd2412 T 02:31, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose. The current is acceptable SMALLDETAILS. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 07:23, 23 August 2019 (UTC)
