If you do not think a page is worthy of inclusion in the encyclopedia, please follow the correct procedure in order to nominate it for deletion. Add to the top of the page, without removing any text

Then go to the WP:VFD page and continue to follow the instructions laid out there. A concensus will then be reached to delete, or keep the page.
If you have a problem with any page not being of a neutral point of view, then add a NPOV tag to it and discuss the issue on the talk page.
The two main policies of Wikipedia are NPOV and notability; I think Ken Bigley is notable, and the article on him NPOV. Causing offence to anyone is not considered important (apart from the usual decency sort of thing)
Do not blank others' work.
