Tito as a leader for the Cause of Vieques? (POV)
[edit]AFAIK, Tito was an outspoken activist/supporter for the Cause of Vieques, but not a 'leader' of the movement in the sense of holding a notorius position in the organization. IMO, even tho he executed a famous civil disobedience act (attachment to military tank) and pledged a sign in the Statue of Liberty, he shouldn't be listed as a leader of the movement. Instead, he could be described as an 'outspoken activist'.

Tito is not from Vieques
[edit]Tito Kayak was not born in Vieques. You should fix that mistake. I wil give you exact municipality in two days since today, January 29 2007. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.50.227.3 (talk) 03:15, 29 January 2007 (UTC).
As I said, Tito is not from Vieques, I found out that he is from Jayuya, Puerto Rico; and he was born on July 24, 1958. So, let`s fix that mistake.
The article leaves out the fact that Tito was in the US Coast Guard during the 80's.
Pro-Imperialist Bias in Article
[edit]It may be true (or not) that there is a "controversy" surrounding Tito Kayak and those who back his actions -- a "controversy" which itself would be worth looking-into as a possible U.S. imperialist PSYOPS. But besides that, this article itself has clearly been altered in a way typical of the work of busy individuals who likely support the U.S. Rightwing -- and its military -- in Puerto Rico and elsewhere. This addendum is very much not NPOV, and should be altered to only reflect that there is a "controversy" (assuming), and who is involved in it (or not). For that matter, I for one do not believe a word of this claim; nor that somehow Tito Kayak has now been magically "discredited" by it in any way.
As it stands, this addendum to the Tito Kayak article is just a low-level libel and a hatchet-job by one Rightwinger here on Wikipedia -- and absolutely does not stand as an acceptable addition to this encyclopedia entry. Someone please change it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pazouzou (talk • contribs) 21:11, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
